We deliver to all areas across New Zealand. Customers in our free-delivery zones (whitelisted postal codes) receive free delivery. All other areas are charged a standard delivery fee — you'll see the exact fee once you enter your postal code at checkout.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11am (subject to slot availability). Standard orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. You can choose a morning (9am–1pm) or evening (4pm–8pm) delivery slot.

Yes! Click & Collect is available at our Clyde Road, Burnside store. Select 'Store Collection' at checkout and we'll have your order ready for pickup.

Once your order is placed, you can view real-time status updates on your Orders page. You'll see when it's confirmed, being prepared, out for delivery, and delivered.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and online payment via Stripe. Pay on Delivery (COD) is also available for home delivery orders.

Yes. All online payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment platform. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Absolutely! Enter your promo or coupon code in the checkout page before placing your order. Discounts are applied automatically.

Yes. We source from local New Zealand suppliers wherever possible and refresh our stock daily to ensure freshness.

Out-of-stock items cannot be added to your cart. We restock regularly — check back soon or contact us and we'll let you know when it's available.
