Welcome to Clyde Road Superette. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and placing an order, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.
2. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. While we strive to ensure all stock levels are accurate, occasionally items may be unavailable. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and provide a refund for that item.
3. Orders and Delivery
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address and postal code are entered correctly. Deliveries to whitelisted postal codes are free of charge; all other areas incur a delivery fee calculated at checkout.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an online order via Stripe, unless Pay on Delivery (COD) is selected. For COD orders, payment must be made to the courier upon delivery.
5. Limitation of Liability
Clyde Road Superette shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
